Pleasant overall experience. The property was special with really helpful staff. Unbeatable location in a pretty quiet area short walk to Fabryczna railway station, the construction, and the city centre.

The highlight of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met during my New Year's stay. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and easily accessible from the airport. Another advantage was the beautiful interior of the building, with its stunning art, stained glass windows, and antique furniture.

There were a few aspects of my stay that left much to be desired. the cleanliness of the room was subpar.

We had a blast exploring the city and partying with our friends. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the coolest clubs and bars. The staff was super chill and gave us great recommendations. The rooms had a trendy vibe and the beds were surprisingly comfy. Best vacation ever!

The only thing we wished for was a better sound system in the rooms. We wanted to blast our favorite tunes and have a mini dance party, but the speakers were a bit weak.

my recent stay at the palace was absolutely enchanting. the ancient furnitures and impressive staircase filled me with awe. the staff was warm and helpful, and the shared bathroom in the "eco" room was surprisingly clean. i can't wait to return and experience the grandeur of their master bedroom.
